§ 4.4. Panama Canal; report of arrival required.

Vessels which merely transit the Panama Canal without transacting any business there shall be required to report their arrival because of such transit. The report of arrival shall be made in accordance with § 4.2(a). \[T.D. 79-276, 44 FR 61956, Oct. 29, 1979\]
